Amber to copper topped with an off white cap that thins in time to the edge.
Nose is caramel, light booze, dried fruit rinds, brown sugar dusting.
Taste comprises fruit cake, toffee, herb, light spice, toasted brown sugars, dates.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light rising boost.
Okay sipper if farm from complex and lacking depth all round for the style/ABV.

Burk eländig ölprovning på Wilhelmshill. Svag doft av torkade frukter. Kan det här vara något? Först i munnen lovande smaker av barley vine. Det försvinner bums o avslutningen blir en kvalmig sockerbesk bomb. Började ok o försvann i ett magplask.

Burk stor ölprovning wilhemshill med ölsommelieren innan badet . Jag klunkar och känner först fyllig söt persika sen kommer snabbt socker in i bilden och avslutas med bitterhet . Totalt obalanserad öl. Häller ut ölen

33cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours intense red amber, partially transparent, with limited, fine white foam. Aroma is biscuity, alcoholic, caramel, woody. Body is fairly thick, with moderate carbonation and some stickiness. Taste is intense, with a good balance of sweet and bitter, the latter being more persistent in the final.

Can. Thanks to Wolf. Near clear amber beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Airy smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth ripe breast grainy malts, a modest creamy sweetness, pretty tangy - grainy. Ripe dried fruits, a little alcohol spice on the semi dry finish. Tasty if simple and naive barelywine.
