For those who don't know, most (if not all) of your favorite breweries get their U.S. hops from Yakima Chief Hops in Eastern Washington State. So it was a pleasure to collaborate with them and pump out a rich and fragrant West Coast that'll leave you guessing!

Piney, peppery, and with subtle hints of citrus and berries, this West Coast IPA features a hop blend of HBC 586, Columbus, and Mosaic hops.

Pale, bright, medium head. Good balance of pale malt and medium bitterness. Decent, a bit weedy.

Tap at Harry's Hofbrau. Pours clear light gold with off-white head that fades to a collar of small bubbles and slight wisps of head over the top. Minimal patters. Aroma is dank and tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate dank, juicy hops, and solid malt support. Really fresh and well balanced west coaster.
