We are excited to debut our newest brew, a Smoked Corn Lager. This 4.8% lager is brewed with Applewood-smoked malt, and triticale, from Maine and a hefty portion of local corn from Thrall Family Malt, in Windsor. This delicately smoked lager brings subtle notes of pan-fried, uncured bacon and char-grilled elote. Come try it this weekend! πŸ’€πŸŒ½πŸ»

Taster draft pour at crazy bash. Lightly hazy golden yellow, thin cap of head, trace lacing. Aroma strong smoke. Taste strong smoke/embers. Smooth texture soft carbonation finish as taste.Strong aroma & flavor. "delicately smoke?"--hardly. This is a smoke bomb. I know a guy who would rate this his least favorite ever.

Brewery draught, 5/18/25.
Clear copper-maize. Big, foamy, white head, good retention.
Smokey and rich but not intensely peaty or bacony. Good pepper and earth with white bread and dough from the base malt balancing well. Clean.
Smokey and earthy with lightly sweet corn, lots of peppery smoke and a rich, malty texture drying out pretty well on the end. Lingering sweet corn, baked white bread and earthy smoke.
