2022 release, 750 ml bottle shared by beastiefan2k at Oak & Steel in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is ruby, pink and golden with a clear off white head. The aroma is bright, tart cherry along with a really interesting natural yeast and a soft funk. The taste features the clean, tart cherries, along with leather funk, and a faint grape / raisin fruit sweetness. The palate is medium to light bodied, active carbonation and a funk tart finish. Fun one to try, thank you for sharing, Eugene!

CBHWS2025. Deep red colour with a tiny pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, some Amarone, a bit wooden and nutty tones to it. Flavour is kind of similar to the aroma. Nicely dry palate.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas - Olambic Games, pours a cloudy dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out dark red cherries, a touch of musty leather, and cherry pith. Flavour has bright tart cherries, some pith, and soft leathery funk. Dry, fruity, and earthy. Excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas for the Olambic Games. Pours murky ruby with a white head. Cherries and liqueur on the nose. Flavour has tart cherries, a bit earthy, accents of sweet liqueur. Not bad, but not particularly complex or funky.
