We brewed this traditional style German Hefeweizen in celebration of Oktoberfest. We kept the malt character light and the yeast character restrained to enhance drinkability and refreshment. Best enjoyed by the litre with a pretzel. Prost!

Can, enormous thanks Fil! Hazy yellow body, white head. Slightly oxidized aroma, bit honeyish, phenolic, lightly yeasty and floral. Citric taste, okay, lightly phenolic, lightly herbal, bit minerally, ending dry. Okay.
