On tap at the brewery. Pours black. Liquorice, biscuit, tobacco, prune juice, light bitterness, little chocolate. Medium body. Old school. Fine.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, light breadish. Roasted, light metallic. Bitter and dry dark roasted. Rather dry and bitter, dark roasted finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a murky dark brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is smoky malt, chocolate, light coffee. Malts, liqourice and liqourice in the flavour with a strong liqourice bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
