A delicate session-strength beer with a hints of orange blossom, coconut, vanilla and a refreshingly dry finish.

A quaffable, cloudy white ale that is perfect for those afternoon sessions after a hard day's work or play. Pours a cloudy pale straw colour with a dense mousse-like white head. A perfumy coconut and vanilla note on the nose, with a little citrus and spice, and bready grains from the wheat. The mouthfeel is full for such a pale beer, but still very light and elegant. The beer finishes with a cleansing acidity, a faint spicy note and only the mildest touch of citrus from the virtually non-existent hops.

Can from Low Cost Beer. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a big creamy, semi-lively white head. Nose - herbal, lavender and creamy banana. Taste - yeasty, orange and lemon. Ice cream and herbal backdrop again. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle, dry refreshing finish. Overall - oh, just spotted it's chamomile not lavender. Oh well!

Can, Öland tasting. Hazy pale yellow body, off-white head. Citric, yeasty aroma, vague flowers. Soft taste, tropical, could be chamomile underneath too, lightly tart. Soft, medium bodied, tasty enough

330ml can. Look - cloudy gold, small brief white head, minimal retention. Aroma - some grains, orange, floral aromatic, coconut. Ok but all a bit too subtle. Taste - vanilla and coconut come through well with an orange zest. Unfortunately these flavours don't carry forward much to the finish which is quite watery in taste. Palate - light to medium body, fairly smooth, nice carbonation zing, not too much. Good for the ABV. Even at session strength this needs to pack more of a punch but its ok.

Draught sample at Social Revolution By Beer Festival, 2020. UK version. Fresh and fruity, a herbal sweetness. Works fine.
