Once upon a time there lived a people of strange opinions in a faraway country that shall not be named, but let’s just say that it was in the Mexican borderlands somewhere. To begin with, they were few and scattered, but one day one of them put on a little red hat and they all gathered behind him and became many more as they grew more confident. It was a difficult bunch to assemble, as selfishness was all they shared. Selfishness and guns. But their leader with the little red hat told them that if they all joined up behind him, they could reach all the way up to the sky, to God and once they were there, why not become God? So, they gathered all of their riches which were many and started building a tower that would take them to the sky and give them eternal power over all the plain humans back on earth who did not share their ideas and found the man with the little red hat to be utterly repulsive. But God would not have it. He sent a flood that cracked the foundation of the mighty tower, and all the hopeful heaven climbers were washed into The Gulf of Mexico, along with all of their selfishness their guns and their little red hats. After that the sky cleared up, the sun started shining, and the world became good again.
