Cask at the Tap House, Shirley. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is dry malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a smooth creamy malt, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ Regal Moon, Rochdale. Golden with a creamy head. Has a light berry fruity sweetness, but more crisp and easy drinking than anything else.

Cask at the Hamilton Hall (JDW), Liverpool Street, London. Amber with a tight cream head; grainy aroma; smooth sour grain taste with a grassy bitterness; and a dry, satisfying finish.
