Pretty sure if there were alien life, they too would appreciate a tasty hop-forward beer that’s not overwhelming in bitterness or heaviness. Galaxy, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo land out-of-this-world fruit and pine flavor and aroma right here on Earth.

Aromas are lots of fresh grapefruit, cereal, malt and a bit of MJ. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, perfect balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Just right mouthfeel for the style. Very nice beer. Wish I had a lot more.
