Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is big acid citrus. The flavour is light sweet with a light, slightly watery grapefruit citrus palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Rather nice as far as ciders go and a lot less sweet than I expected.

Bottled. A light golden cider. The aroma has notes of sweet apples. The flavor is sweet with notes of boring apples, leading to a lightly tart finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pale golden with a bubbly, white head that dissipates rather quickly. Dry apple aroma. Fairly light in body with way too much carbonation. Discreet and dry but not very acidic apple notes. Dry, bubbly finish. Disappointing. 300108
