Pale straw coloured Blonde beer with distinctive aromas of citrus, grapefruit and a background hint of honey. Two additions of Cascade hops are married to an all lager malt grist to give a bloomin' marvellous pint!

Cask at the White Swan, Solihull. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is yeast, light malt, light hop. The flavour is light bitter with a watery skunky malt, light hop bitter, light citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
