From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity. Bitter, peachy and grapefruity. Lingering peachy and light citrusy into the finish.

Draught at CBC. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy flowery aroma. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Average heavy bitter finish. oily palate.

Sampled @ CBC 2013. Slightly unclear yellow color, small to medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, pretty bitter, bitter hops. Medium body and carbonation. I miss the fruityness.

Draught @ CBC 2013

Pours light yellow with a smooth head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus and lemon. Taste is smooth, slighlty fruity and lemony with some hoppy notes. Finish is hoppy and lemony. Okay, quite good IPA.

Tap @ the brewpub in Min Hang. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, fruity citrussly hops. Taste is malt, oranges, grapefruit, hints of pine and resin. Medium body, soft carbonation, lasting bitter finish. 070112

Golden color. Nice frothy white head. Whoa. WTF. Starts with nice piney bitterness then a massive caramel malt drops in and smack the back of the tounge. Two completely separate layers. Full bodied. Need a bit more hops and abv an it would have been unreal. Still a very good beer. Again the brewer here knows what he is doing

A golden amber IPA with a thin creamy light moka head. In aroma, good herbal c-hops with light berry nites over nice malt, In mouth, a classic IPA with nice hopping, light grapefruits, a bit thin but nice. On tap at Fu Xing brewpub, Oct. 24 2010.

Cloudy orange-amber. Loose, cask-like head. Very citrusy, juicy aroma with just a hint of pale malts. Has a cask mouthfeel. Juicy - rich, syrupy malts and sticky resinous hops. Bitter and herbaceous. Sticky finish is quite bitter, again with a mixed citrus accent.
