500ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold with slight chill haze, rocky white head. Aroma is mild cheese, malt and light citrus. Taste presents biscuity malts with a bitter hop character, slightly floral with low citrus and tropical notes. Not the best from this brewery.

Cask at the Victoria, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is light malt citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp yeast woody hop bitter, light toothpaste palate and a lingering bitter finish. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Carrington’s, Chorlton, Manchester [210814]
Pale blonde, hazy, thin white head
Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, sweet mango, peach, apricot, really good citrus fruits in here
Taste - Bitter zest, some soft sweet tropical fruits, bitter gooseberry, not as good as the aroma
Palate - Soft carb, medium light body, smooth, unbalanced palate, too bitter. Finish - Dry, very bitter zest, long bitter harsh linger
Overall - Excellent aroma, but taste falls short and too aggressive bitterness in the finish
