Belgian strong ale brewed with Swedish lingonberries and American cranberries
Transatlantic Belgian Red Strong Ale är bryggt på pilsner-, vetemalt och havre samt tranbär och lingon. Humlet består av tjeckiska Saaz och alkoholhalten är 7,3 procent. Resultatet av mötet är ett torrt, friskt och fruktigt öl som för tankarna mot Bourgogne och rosévin på Pinot Noir.

Fat på Bishop Malmö. Smak och doft av lingon, tranbär, godis, malt med toner av parfym. Fruktig och frisk, rund och len, fina smaker men står och väger då den saknar syrlighet och beska. Annorlunda helt enkelt.

Tap at the Bishops Arms, Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmo. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is fake sugar, zesty citrus. The flavour is light sour, light sweet witn a crisp fresh vinous yeast citrus palate. Medium bodied witn average carbonation.
