On tap at Murray's, pours a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma brings out a clear blonde with a medium white head. Flavour is dry and crisp, with grassy notes, biscuity malt and some citrus zest even. Clean and crisp, with immense drinkability. Good stuff.

On tap at Murray’s brewpub. Pours golden yellow with a big head. Faintly sweet nose. Quite sweet for a Pilsner too, but in a good balance with the bitterness. A bit watery towards the finish. A good take on Pilsner if you ask me.

Hmm...looking at the packaging I think Murrays have got ’mod’ and ’rude boy’ confused. Close but not the same. Anyway on with the beer...330ml bottle into glass. Nice citric hop nose. Slightly hazy pale amber beer with medium carbonation, thin but solid white head. Creamy bitter taste followed by lingering intense bitterness. Really good.

Bottle from Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Linpur. Poured a crystal clear straw with a thin whire head. The arona is citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big zesty citrus grassy wood hop palate and a long light peppermint bitter finish. Moderate to light bodied with average carbonarion.

From a 330ml bottle on 24/1/2014. Pours a clearish medium golden with small head. Has a pleasant light fruity aroma. In the mouth and you get bready and biscuity malt and sweet stone and citrus fruit, capped off by a medium hop bitterness. Has a fullish body and average carbonation. Doesn’t really present as a typical pilsener to me, but it’s very refreshing and enjoyable brew none the less.

Slightly hazy blond. Aroma of grassy, pee hop. Lots of bitterness, balanced thin malt. The hop is quite heavy-handed.

On tap at the Murrays pub, Manly March 2012. Golden with a slight whit head and moderate fizz. Aroma of hay, tropical fruits and a touch of sweet malt. Flavour had more fruit, a touch of jarring butter, leading to a decent bitter finish. Overall, good.

(on tap at brewery, but as Rudeboy Pilsner - which I suspect is a rebadging of this beer... http://www.murraysbrewingco.com.au/our_beers/our_beers_detail.php?Rudeboy-Pilsner-2) Clear straw with some white head. The aroma is subtle and pleasant - subtle sweet candy and floral hints. Light body, well carbonated. The taste is very soft for a pilsner - distinct and pleasant sweetness (candy / peardrops?). Pleasant easy drinking beer.
