A Symbiosis of cider and lambic This is a blend of locally sourced rhubarb and cherries from Groningen, fermented in lambic and combined with cider from Doggerland. The blend combines the tangy and tart notes of rhubarb, balanced with the sweet and juicy flavors of cherries. The wild yeasts from the lambic and cider introduces complexity, adding depth and a funky character to this blend.
