This beer is a tribute to 2 “Elders”.
First and foremost to the world’s finest West Coast double IPA. Secondly, a cheeky jab at the Brewer’s home state of Utah.
This beer is a modern, high intensity, West Coast DIPA. Dry, fruity and moderately bitter where the hops are the stars of the show. Simcoe, Columbus, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin fit the dry hopping profile perfectly. The malts are bringing the backbone, but the hops are shining out in front! The end result is an 8.1% beer that is dangerously drinkable!

Tap @MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. Clear golden white head. Malty, perfumy piney aroma. Sweet malty, piney bitter flavour. Feels rather fresh.

MBCC 2025, Yellow Session. A clear golden yellow beer. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, grapefruit, pale malt. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, citrus, grapefruit, long bitter finish.

Pours clear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma: fresh grapefruit, pine resin and citrus. Taste: bitter hops, citrus and pine. Long bitter palate.
