This beer is a tribute to 2 “Elders”.
First and foremost to the world’s finest West Coast double IPA. Secondly, a cheeky jab at the Brewer’s home state of Utah.
This beer is a modern, high intensity, West Coast DIPA. Dry, fruity and moderately bitter where the hops are the stars of the show. Simcoe, Columbus, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin fit the dry hopping profile perfectly. The malts are bringing the backbone, but the hops are shining out in front! The end result is an 8.1% beer that is dangerously drinkable!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
MBCC. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 230525
