[ As Puuro Josefien ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, flowers, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, floral, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170819] 5-3-5-3-11

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts, some hops, some sweetness that reminds me of apple juice. Taste malts, again hints of apple juice, apple peel, sweetish, a bit dry finish. Average body and carbonation. Hmm (Dutch) "apart zou ik zeggen".
