This golden-hued Ale aged in oak barrels for over two years, marrying floral undertones with gentle tartness and prominent funk. With notes of dried apricot, hay, and stone fruit, expect a symphony of flavor derived from mixed-culture fermentation. Drink fresh or cellar.

375mL bottled March 2024, drunk May 7, 2025.
Clear, bronze-tinged brass. Lots of carbonation bolstering a small, but lightly creamy, white head.
Smells fantastic while pouring. Rich brett, super easygoing, mild lacto and no acetic. Mild oak with a rich vanilla, honey and big cherry-like fruitiness. Clean, clear, bright, very aromatic.
Soft, malty, rich with juicy acidity adding fruity cherry and light strawberry. Honey, white bread, mild oak. Wow. This is probably the best bottled beer I've had from Lamplighter and one of their better sours. Just incredibly mellow, balanced, but super flavorful with big malt tones and juicy, fruity acidity.
