Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs, Roasted Peanuts, Sea Salt, and Coffee.

We’ve transformed our classic Speedway Stout into a decadent peanut butter cup-inspired treat. Roasted peanuts blend with rich chocolate malts, bold coffee, and Dominican cacao nibs. The result is a perfect balance of salty, roasty peanuts and rich, decadent chocolate. Subtle sweetness, warming alcohol, and smooth chocolate create a well-rounded sip.

16 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is like a Reese’s peanut butter cup, with plenty of coffee and some cocoa. Flavour is full of medium-roast coffee, plenty of peanut butter, cocoa nibs, and gentle sugars to back. Really great incorporation of the PB, which harmonizes well with the coffee. Excellent.

473mL can. Pours nearly black with a fast-fading tan head. Roasted malts, toasted peanuts, and dark chocolate on the nose. Flavour has lots of roasted salted peanuts, dark chocolate, and good, dry roasted malt base. Heavy body. Very well executed.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, peanut butter and caramel. Pours almost black color with large frothy light brown head. Taste starts with sweet and rich roasted malt and coffee, follows by peanut butter, chocolate and vanilla, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, thick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Dangerously drinkable…

caned in san diego
very dark brown, almost pitch black, brown head that is bubbly and soon disappears.
boozy aroma, booze and vanilla dominates, then comes dark chocolate and some roasted malts and some coffee.
flavor is bitter coffee, roasted malts, pastry, faint dark caramel, dark chocolate - the roasted malts are low and instead we got bitter caramel, bit of coffee, note of vanilla, undefined boozy note - so boozy i'm almost associating rum to it. I like ordinary speedway stout WAY better.

From flight.
Poured near black in color.
Nice nutty aroma with roasted cereal aroma. Full bodied, granola feel. Sweet, but drinkable.
