SOUP RAKAU..... New enough to our roster, it's like Jay-z (mosaic) and Beyonce (citra) adopted an antipodean child and called it Stone Fruit. New Zealand hops such as Rakau really are leading the way with the perfect balance of Fruit, resinous and dank charateristics. Here we are dealt heaps of Apricots & Peaches, which just always pair well with the ever present mango and passion fruit from Citra and Mosaic and a hint of dankness coming through, just humming in the background.

On tap at Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized white to off-white head that stays for a while, citrusy and light tropical fruits in the nose. Citrusy, fruity, light tropical fruits and mild alcohol with bitterish finish. Juicy.

Left. Smooth, sweetish and juicy tropical fruity with some mango, grapefruit, citrus, floral notes and pineappley stone fruits. Juicy and sweetish, quite crushable.

On tap at Ambasada. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Hoppy, bit dank, fruity, medium sweetness with touch of bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.
