Bottle @MBCC 2025, Green Session. Clear golden. Herbal spicy, waxy honey aroma, sweet, clean honey flavour, a little fruit, rough herbal honey spice. Good.

Plummy honey sweetness up front. In the mouth more honeydew melon, lingering. A bit tight at the finish.
Revisited after an hour and it’s a stunner. The gin barrel is really present x with lovely juniper and herbal botanicals balancing, nice acidity

Сладко, есть слива, меда хотелось бы больше, единственный минус что в целом ощущается как ликер, а не медовуха почему то.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a clear blonde. Aroma has lots of treacly wildflower honey and gin barrels that don’t brutalize the nostrils. Flavour is very sweet and complex, with lots of treacly wildflower honey, subtle gin, and some brown sugar. I don’t really notice the gin presence much. Just a delicious mead as usual.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours clear yellow. Light nose, some plums and gin botanicals. Flavour has peaches, gin botanicals, honeycomb. This is excellent.
