Bottle at Winter Affair 2026. Deep amber-red body. Lovely combination of full honey and well integrated strawberry-like notes. Smooth, sweet taste, fresh honey notes, bit sugary, but with excellent "strawberry" notes. Simply but - an excellent flavored, dessert mead!

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark red, no head. Aroma is full of rich berries, succulent honey depth, and some raspberry jam. Flavour is so rich and elegant, with intense raspberry jam, succulent honey richness, and deep sugars. Beautiful berry and honey combo. Incredible.
