Partially cryo-concentrated cherry mead with Stevns cherries from the renowned Frederiksdal Estate in Denmark and our favourite cherry orchard in Norway. Paired with dark forest honey (honeydew) and wildflower honey from our beekeepers in Norway.

Bottle, 2024 vintage. A full-bodied, sweet and lightly warming blend of cherry, honey and acidity. Raisin, hints of marzipan (almond) and lemon. Delicous. 848417 250825

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Aroma has lots of deep dark berries, honey nectar, and some tartness. Rich jammy berries and deep treacly honey. Incredible.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours mahagony. Deep dark cherries and honeycomb on the nose. Flavour has deep, slightly tart cherries, sweet honey. Fantastic depth and complexity.
