The mead is made without any added water or yeast. It’s solely fermented from the yeast and bacteria naturally present on the cherries. The cherries had 14 days of skin contact, before only free-run juice was collected.
The barrel-aging brings tropical notes of coconut, vanilla and caramel, together with a velvety, soft mouthfeel, to the dense, but bright and tart cherry mead.

Очередной отличный мид от Марлобобо, и первый на фесте что я попробовал. Бочка есть, ягоды, а вот меда немного больше хотелось.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark brown, no head. Nose has remarkably complex vanilla beans, deep dark berries, rich honey nectar, and a hint of the rum. Flavour is super rich, with intense vanilla beans, rum, deep honey, and dark reich berries. Incredible complexity and depth. Beauty.
Intense berry concentrate with some rum, vanilla and honey.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours opaque purple. Floral nose, lots of rum and vanilla. Flavour has deep berries, vanilla, spiced rum. Incredible.
