Lambic aged on Italian Barbera grapes. In September 2024, we received 450kg of Barbera grapes from our friends at Valli Unite. These then macerated for 2 months on 3-year-old Lambic. The result is a dark red beer, with a vibrant grape flavour that lingers for a long time. The aftertaste is intensely aromatic and full-bodied.

MBCC. Clear red with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red grapes, light wood and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 230525

On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours clear ruby. Grape skins and old wood on the nose. Flavour has grapefruit skins, old wood, a bit leather. Nice.
