Bordsöl 2,7% är en ekologisk Pale Ale som är brygd på en blandning av pilsnermalt och en generös mängd karamellmalt som tillsammans skapar en fin kropp. Bordsöl lanserades 2011 och var vår första folköl. Ölen togs fram av vår huvudbryggare Patrick tillsammans med dåvarande chefsomelier inom F12-gruppen Sören Polonius.

A slighty brown yellow beer with a weak and blond head. Aroma of biscuity malts, grass and sometimes a hint of fruits. Taste is malty, biscuits, some nuts, grass and some herbs, nice bitterness. Light+ bodied, biting carbonation, not too light. Quite nice beer with enough of bitterness, that saves the beer.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 6 Oct 2012) Golden amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with toast, orange and apricots. Malty taste with notes of toast, bread, a touch of orange and a gentle, spicy bitterness in the finish. Thin body, quite dry. Quite nice for a low abv beer.

Draught@SBWF2012. Goldeny amber colour with a small creamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, herbs, some grassy notes as well. Flavour is wooden, floral, mild salty and metallic notes as well. Slight grainy and grassy notes.

Aroma is fruity with some apples and hints of vanilla. Flavour starts with moderate fruity hops but disappears rather quickly towards the vichy‐like finish. Not as good or rich as Stillwater or Jester King table beers (and actually quite different from those), but still not bad for a 2,7% beer.

Originally rated on 05.10.2012 - Pours dark orange with a foamy head. Metallic, fruity Aroma with hints of grass. Taste is metallic and grassy with hints of malts. Finish is sweetish with hints of metallic notes and hops. Unbalanced, not very good.
