Skokie, the lovable otter, has been the mascot of the Gravenhurst Winter Carnival for over 50 years! His bright orange sweater and long curvy tail are well-known around Muskoka. In honour of Skokie and inspired by a classic carnival confection named after another beloved Canadian mammal, we bring you all you love about that deep-fried pastry and turn it into Skokie’s very own beer! Notes of cinnamon, vanilla and maple round out this scrumptious brown ale
