Tap at the brewpub. Poured a hazy dark brown with a thin light tan head. The aroma is weak roasted malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a watery yet slightly creamy hop liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not the best oyster stout I’ve had but far from the worst.

På fat. Smak och doft av malt, choklad, kaffe, trä med rostade och rökiga toner. Lätt kropp, aningen för vattning, lagom sötma, Lättsam beska.

On tap at the Brewpub in January 2014. Black with a small tan head. The aroma was rather mild with roasted malt, chocolate and ash. Taste of roasted malt, chocolate, ash and something that reminded of "salt". The finish was dry and the body was fairly light.

Draught at the brepub
Black color with small brownish head. Mild aroma, it has both chocolate and roasted malt, some bread. The mouthfeel is dry but quite smooth, nice roasted malt flavor, lightly ashy, with light saltiness; correct bitterness, with a late peppery touch.
Not much oysters, luckily; for the rest, a well brewed stout.
