4 oz pour on cask at Mad Fox Falls Church. Mostly clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of light peppers, light toasty notes. Tastes of light pepper skin and flesh, floral notes, citrus. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Warm peppery heat on the finish.
