We’ve added a bit of tang to the clean, crisp apple flavours resulting in a refreshing sharp cider that is too good to put down. The perfect balance of sweet and sharp, funky and fresh!

A pop-art inspired keg clip tells you what to expect in the flavour! A quick burst, a bang and a pop, before mellowing out into the fresh, sweet apple flavour.

And it takes its name from one of the most famous grime tracks ever! What other hip hop artist has a cider named after their work?

One third pint, keg menu at the Hanging Bat. Opaque coal black body, spotty lacing. Dark fruity nose joined by cocoa hints. Red orange and earthy malty flavours. Roasted bitter ending. Semi-dry. Fine bodied, in fact, and good to drink (Edinburgh 08.08.2013).

Cask at CBC Clerkenwell. Roasty, hoppy nose, coffee, citrus hop, some chocolate. Dark brown with orange tints and bubbles. Rosty flavor of coffee. A bit thin and light. Earthy, grassy, well bitter finish. Not so much of the IPA character, just a slightly hoppy dry stout. Not so special.

Cask at the Cask, Pimlico, 26/07/13. Very dark mahogony brown with a medium sized light tan head. Nose is pine, light roast, hops, bitter grapefruit, tropical fruit sundae, light charring. Taste comprises light roast, hop bitterness, tangy grapefruit, pine, grass, dark malt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with some hop bitterness. Ok CDA but no world beater - not up to the same level as their IPA’s and APA’s.
