A blend of DOUBLE BARREL AGED SPELT DADS (Thy Whisky ex Pedro Ximenez and Bourbon barrels and then finish in Distillery 291 Rye barrel) and TRIPLE BARREL AGED STELLAR (Lonely Oak bourbon barrel, then further in Kings County Rye barrel and then finish in a Ruby port wine barrel).
The idea behind this beer was to create the ultimative blend of our finest small format barrel aged Barleywines for MBCC 2025.

On tap at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Bready malts, dark sugars, dried dark berries, gentle bourbon. Flavour has dark sugars, dark berries, molasses, bourbon barrels. Very nice.
