Double barrel aged Wheat Wine made with all local ingredients, including 100% organic barley, wheat and spelt from our friends at Gyrup Malt and Copenhagen grown hops from our friends ByHumle. Aged for 14 months in small format Thy Whisky barrels (ex Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez sherry) and then aged further for 7 months in a small format Distillery 291 Rye barrel. After barrel aging we added cognac barrel aged maple syrup for an exclusively MBCC edition.
