Since June 2012, Sankt Hans has been a recurring member of our Farmstead® ale family. The wine barrel-aged version has contributed to some of our favorite blends in the Civil Disobedience series.

This beer was brewed and placed into barrels in December of 2015. After nearly two years in oak, a refined, uniquely expressive version of Sankt Hans emerged. Following more than eight years of bottle conditioning, wherein we closely and carefully monitored its progression, we hope that you might enjoy one of our favorite blending beers in its singular state at the pinnacle of its expression.
