Predominantly made with pale malt with a well-balanced blend of bittering and aroma hops. It has a good solid body and mouthfeel. Great with Turkey, of course! But roast pork and goose are good as well. Complements roast spuds and sage and onion stuffing. Surprisingly compatible with Xmas Pud (only joking!)
