On tap. Pours with a hazed amber-bronze body with a thick, off-white head that leaves good lace. Aromas are malty, caramel, estery, light paper. Flavors of molasses, nutty, caramel, very estery. Fruity, medium bitter, a touch of cocoa. Bitterness lingers a bit. Medium duration. Neutral balance. Bready. Medium bubbles, somewhat dry finish, despite the slightly medium to heavy body for the style. As far as basic ambers go, this one is pretty well done. Very nice malt complexity.

Pours a nice, clear amber with a fair off-white head. Lots of grain on the nose and some grass, burnt caramel and marshmallow. Complex malt and the spicy hops with a full mouthfeel and lots of zesty carbonation. The malt is a little over the top here and hides the hops.
