Old Irving Brewing Company Long Forgotten

Long Forgotten

Old Irving Brewing Company in Chicago, Illinois, United States 🇺🇸

  Brown Ale - American Regular
Score
6.64
ABV: 3.4% IBU: - Ticks: 1
To craft it, the Old Irving crew started with a smooth, malt forward base. And true to style, they kept it low ABV and incredibly easy drinking so you can crack brew after brew like your best pre-prohibition self.

Tasting Notes
Nutty nuances lead into notes of roasty coffee, toasted wheat, and a wisp of smoke on every crisp, refreshing swig. A kiss of caramel carries underneath, flowing into a pinch of rye-like spice on the finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear amber with a large foamy off-white head. Aroma is lightly smoky. Med body. Flavor is medium toffee, coffee, smoky and some light spice. Intriguing.
