2025 marks the 12th anniversary of the release of Of Foam & Fury, Ireland’s first Double IPA, and a lot has changed since then. For this edition, we decided to brew a single-hop Riwaka Of Foam & Fury—a hop we first used in 2023 that quickly became a brewery favourite—so it was a no-brainer for this special occasion. It is one of the most remarkable hops we have seen over the past 12 years. Expect big, bold citrus flavours and aromas of grapefruit, along with an intriguing exotic yellow fruit aftertaste, all beautifully balanced by a classic biscuity pale malt foundation, making it a lovely West Coast DIPA.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Clear golden white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma, fresh, fruity hoppy flavour, mild bitterness.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has huge tangy melony hops, white wine, gooseberry, and pine — that’s incredible aromatics. Flavour is bright, with huge tangy hops, melon, white wine, pine, and just enough biscuity malt to back. Incredible hop expression. Beauty—shits all over almost all European WCIIPAs.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Tons of tangy berries and white wine on the nose. Flavour is also jammed full of tangy berries and white wine character. Incredible hop expression, this is an excellent WC IIPA.
