2025 marks the 12th anniversary of the release of Of Foam & Fury, Ireland’s first Double IPA, and a lot has changed since then. For this edition, we decided to brew a single-hop Riwaka Of Foam & Fury—a hop we first used in 2023 that quickly became a brewery favourite—so it was a no-brainer for this special occasion. It is one of the most remarkable hops we have seen over the past 12 years. Expect big, bold citrus flavours and aromas of grapefruit, along with an intriguing exotic yellow fruit aftertaste, all beautifully balanced by a classic biscuity pale malt foundation, making it a lovely West Coast DIPA.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: fresh pine, melony hops, berries and light confectionery. Taste: super fresh melony hops and pine. Balanced palate.

MBCC 2025, Red Session. A clear golden yellow beer. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, grapefruit. Taste of grapefruit, citrus, grassy hops, moderate bitterness.
