Light purple color. Tart plum, dry oak, but did there is not enough sweetness in this beer and it’s not tart Enough o have balance. This didn’t do much for me

(Draught at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden, London, 18 Nov 2023) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of barnyard, tart berries, plums, wood and yeast. Fruity, tart taste with plums, citrus, barnyard, oak wood, yeast and a touch of vinegar. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tart, fruity and quite complex. Very nice.

On tap at Craft Beer Co - Covent Garden, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has some tart plums, wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is much the same, with tart dry plums, oaky and woody notes, and a touch of wild yeast. Nice incorporation of plums into a solid wild ale. Good stuff.
