We got some fresh Nectaron hops in to create a bold and fruity DIPA. Using a Kveik yeast to dial up the sweetness and blending Nectaron with Motueka and Citra to create a real punch bowl that has a superbly balanced sweetness with a savoury edge.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is waxy medium dank, green mango, super dank. super juicy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creamy wheat, spicy dank, green mango, floury, wheat, creamy oats, spicy , waxy citrus, dank, pithy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, oily, highish carbonation. Lovely big danky one.

Nose is ripe tropicana, pine resin, stone fruit, Motueka dishing out some pissy dankness, papaya.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grapefruit, dank chimes, hop spice, pine resin, melon, weed, stone fruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost.
Solid DIPA.
