(Draught at Barrels/Tritonia, Stockholm, 11 Aug 2025) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, woody nose with notes of citrus, rhubarb, gooseberries, elderflower and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with yellow apples, citrus, gooseberries, elderflower and oak wood. Low herbal bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Complex and rich, with a generous woody acidity. Very nice.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Järpen. Wild nose. Very lively carbonation with deep yellow white wine look. Extremely sour (more than usual imo) with gentle taste that is hard to pinpoint. Another quality sour from them.
