The taste is initially dry, crispy, bready, baked goods, biscuit, spice, fragrant, snap of bitterness, floral, juniper, pear skin, melon, green banana and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Feels like a daisy, something I've not seen old chimneys do before, but it is very them.
