500 ml bottle, at Olympen, Oslo. ABV is 6.2%. Reddish brown colour, large to moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma, a little malts with hints of caramel, some fruity hops. The flavour has distinct hops (Centennial and Amarillo) from start to finish, with a solid bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite nice.

Medium white head. Deep dark red body with strong carbonation. Fruity malty raisiny aroma with wild berry notes. Lovely clarity. Dry-sweet dusty roasty spicy taste with cocos and wood notes. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dry dusty wooden spicy chocolate aftertaste with floral roasty notes. Long burnt floral fruity taste lingers. Excellent beer. Vivid and distinct. Highly drinkable. Bottle 50 cl. Slightly hazy nutty brown with a creamy beige head. Sweet burned caramel in the nose and a little flowery hops. Medium body, sweet burned caramel and a little nuts with a fairly solid hop finish. Very American in style. 050211

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is dense hops fruity and dark roasted malty. Lingering caramelish and roasted malty. Dense hops fruity and bitter flavours coming through. Ends dry and lingering malty.

(Bottle, 0.5 l. at Pikkulintu) The beer poured reddish brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and long lasting. Aroma was malty and sweet. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, swetness, caramell, hops and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. Both the aroma and the taste were quite musty. That brought the score down.

Bottled. A red beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma is lovely hoppy - which among others lends it notes of elderflowers, but it also has notes of malt, caramel, yeast, and a touch of dust. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, hops, elderflowers, pollen, and hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Clear red color, small off-white head. Peach, apricot, caramel and hops in the nose. Some caramel in the background, but mostly tropical hoppy with "hop juice". Very American, very "sweaty".
