Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, in a world of vanishingly short lived heads, it's nice to see a bubbly pale cream colour head that lasts awhile. Airy smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a good creamy sweetness. As is so often the case with this often arrogant brewery, they cannot be arsed to tell you what the hops are. I mean you are paying premium money for a premium craft beer, why should you be told how the beer has been assembled? This is why I am not a CW fanboy. The dominant hop here is, I presume, HBC 1019. Good pineapple and coconut and rich Sorachi like lime. Fantastically tropical hop fruity. A light and semi dry tangy pineapple hop fruity finish.

Keg at Enid Street. Aroma is punchy and citrus fruity. Herbal edge. Pale hazy golden. Thin foamy white head. Flavourwise it's big and sour. Underlying creamy vanilla porridge streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Interesting.

Tap at 73 Enid Street. A murky golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is lovely grape jelly, waxy citrus, lime zest, soft wheat. Big Sabro like hop on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet soft fluffy wheat, tangy lime, zesty, green citrus, waxy, background tropicals. Sabro adjacent. Palate is semi sweet, light tangy, highish carbonation. Nice nice.
