Galaxie Blanche is a White IPA brewed with Wheat and Pils, hopped generously with Galaxy, and spiced with white peppercorn, coriander, kumquat, and calamansi in the kettle. This bier was then allowed to ferment and mature for a very youthful stay with our house mixed culture. A small collection of bottles have been reserved to share as they are ready.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a murky, straw color, with a small, bubbly, white head. The nose is coriander, lemon cream, peach, mild leather, and rose water. Sweet and sugary, with a lovely, easy, citrusy sour flavor. Light to medium body, smooth, crisp, and clean. Beautiful, balanced, and delicious.
