Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head, blink and you will miss it ever having existed. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally crispness. Light smooth pale malts, slightly thin bodied but, not annoyingly so and certainly imparting adequate creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine. Some grassy skunk into light but reasonably bright hop fruits. Passion fruit? Well maybe a touch if you are looking for it. A little mildly ripe citrus. Light crisp finish. I'm sure some new experimental hop is going to come along and kick Strata's arse. It consistently delivers on the grassy skunk side, the passion fruit is hardly there nine times out of ten. Hop gripes aside, a rather drinkable dipa.

Tap at BPBW 2025, day 1. Hazy yellow body, off-white head. Juicy, creamy, oaty, lightly citric aroma. Minty, citric, smooth taste, light alcohol, pine needles, heaps of darkness, light alcohol as well. Excellent, lovely hoppy beer!
