From tap at The Blind Tiger, New York. Aroma is juicy fruity hops, citrus, tropical notes, some grapefruit, mango, fruit peel, grass, pineapple. Some oniony dankness. Light sweet, medium bitter. Lovely balance, great drinkability. Superb APA.

Pours hazy gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Hot pine and mango aromas. Soft with dank pine and earthy mango upfront turning to grapefruit pith and peel in the lasting finish.

Pours a slightly hazy, golden-yellow, with good-sized, lasting cap of foamy head. Aroma is very grassy, with some dankness and a touch of sour washcloth. There's almost a touch of pepper in there. Flavor follows--quite grassy, some citrus, pepper, and a cracker flavor. Builds to a very bitter finish that highlights the pine/spruce nature of the hops. Good, but coming right on the heels of a Double Citra, can't help but feel like a step down.
